TLDR:

• The York Blvd Locke St N intersection will close north of the York centre median for 5 days (November 28-December 2, 2024)
• There will be no through access for north-south movement. 
• Strathcona North residents must enter and exit the neighbourhood via Barton St W at Queen St N, or beyond.
• Motorists coming north from Strathcona 'Central' must turn east or west at York Blvd.
• York Blvd east/west access will remain as is.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained on one side with a clear path.
