The following reflects our understanding as of October 26, 2026.
What to expect
Crews will work between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Construction will take place in three stages:
- Stage 1 - Concrete repairs: Crews will repair curbs and individual sidewalk sections at identified locations.
- Stage 2 - Milling: Crews will remove the existing asphalt surface.
- Stage 3 - Paving: Crews will lay new asphalt.
Crews will complete each stage separately on Hunter before moving to Canada, then Jackson. For example, concrete repairs will proceed along Hunter, then Canada, then Jackson. Milling will follow the same street order, as will paving
Parking during construction
Please check the barrels on your street after 5:00 PM each day. If your vehicle is in an area marked for the next day’s work, move it before 7:00 AM the following morning.
Parking arrangements will depend on the work underway.
· During concrete repairs: You may park on the street outside areas marked off with barrels. Crews will work in small sections, with repairs expected to take a few days in each section. Barrels will be moved each evening to identify the next day’s work area.
· During milling and paving: The entire street must be clear of parked vehicles while crews work. Overnight parking will be permitted, but vehicles must be moved before 7 a.m. the following morning.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as crews complete this work.
