Beginning Monday, June 8, 2020, contracted crews will be the conversion in stages starting at Main and Queen, moving southbound to Aberdeen, then heading north to King and Queen.
As part of the construction contract BUT not directly related to conversion, the installation of a new fully-signalised intersection at Napier and Queen St N is expected. This signalised crossing seeks to provide a safe pedestrian, cycling and vehicular route between the Strathcona and Central neighbourhoods.
